Our homey 1 BR/1 BA flat, awaits your arrival. It can sleep 4 adults comfortably, plus 1 child (convertible chair).

Located near the Cathedral of San Panfilo at the edge of the Villa Communale (city park) and just a 5-minute walk into the historical center of the city, this will be your home away from home.

It has been lovingly restored by one of the area's preeminent architects and features local stone, wood, and beautiful parquet flooring in a delightful space that was once part of the western wall of ancient Sulmona.

Experience the mercato on Wednesday and Saturday mornings with the locals. Ask me about cooking classes and wine tastings, too.

The Space

Beautifully restored space just steps away from Hotel Ovidio, where you can stop for cafe and a cornetto in the morning, or a wonderful meal at night.

The entire apartment is yours. Master bedroom, kitchen/dining area, big bathroom and lower-level (about 4 steps) sitting room with a futon that converts to a double sleeper and a convertible chair that can sleep one.

Interaction with Guests

I'm across the pond, in Salem (MA), but am always available by text and email. Our friends in Sulmona are also on the spot to answer any questions you may have.

Potential for noise - It's a city! You might hear traffic noise during rush hour.
No parking on property, but nearby on-street parking is always available. If you need long-term parking, we can arrange that with notice.
